Hozier returns to Seattle with performance at T-Mobile Park

Popular Irish singer-songwriter Andrew John Hozier-Byrne, better known as Hozier, is coming to Seattle’s T-Mobile Park for his “Unreal Unearth Tour” Thursday.

Hozier burst into the music scene with his 2013 Grammy-nominated song, “Take Me to Church.” A single he released in 2024, titled “Too Sweet,” topped charts in 14 countries and became the fifth-best-selling single of 2024 in the United Kingdom.

T-Mobile Park’s doors open at 6 p.m. and the concert starts at 8 p.m.

Tickets to see Hozier are for sale on Gametime for as low as $98 in the view level. A closer look at the performance ranges from approximately $180 to more than $350 for floor seating. General Admission tickets within the “mosh pit” are selling for $223, including fees.

“Hozier doesn’t just perform; he transports you into his world full of emotion and heartfelt lyrics,” T-Mobile Park events stated. “One minute you are swaying in awe, the next you are singing at the top of your lungs!”

The T-Mobile Park show is Hozier’s first appearance at the venue, and his first Seattle show in nearly two years. Hozier last performed at the WAMU theater across the street on Oct. 24, 2023.

Hozier began his career at the age of 15, writing songs and teaching himself how to play the guitar. In 2013, he wrote his debut album, “Hozier,” in between open mic nights in Dublin. The album was later released in 2014, and critics labeled it “an intense, youthful, lyrical tangling of religion and romantic obsession.”
